Bhargavi T
Basic Accounting and Tally Trainer
Bhargavi T is a Tally Teacher at SSDC, recognized for her patient and practical teaching style. She focuses on helping students understand accounting concepts and computer applications in a way that connects to their everyday learning and career needs.
A native of Madanapalle, Bhargavi comes from a modest and close-knit family. Her father is a farmer, and her mother is a homemaker. She has an elder sister and is married to a self-employed professional, who is also an SSDC Batch 2 student. Being part of a family connected to SSDC has strengthened her understanding of the institution’s goals and its impact on rural youth.
Before joining SSDC, Bhargavi gained professional experience in both corporate and teaching fields. She worked at Manappuram Finance Ltd., Madanapalle, for 2.5 years, holding roles as Assistant Manager and later Manager. She also worked briefly with HP in Bangalore, managing company accounts, before moving into education. Later, at Sravya’s Infotech, she served as a Tally Teacher for one year, where she developed a strong interest in teaching and mentoring students.
Bhargavi’s interest in teaching comes from her desire to share knowledge with learners who have limited exposure to computers or accounting. She credits her school English teacher for inspiring her to take up teaching as a meaningful profession.
In college, Bhargavi was an active student who enjoyed seminars, presentations, and computer lab practice, which helped her build confidence and communication skills. Outside academics, she excelled in sports, representing her state in basketball tournaments, including one in Rajasthan, where her team secured third place. She was also selected for the police force under the sports quota, but due to family reasons, she chose to continue her education instead.
Her teaching philosophy is grounded in practical learning, perseverance, and positivity. She encourages her students to face challenges confidently and reminds them that even failure can open the door to better opportunities.
Bhargavi believes that computer and accounting knowledge are essential life skills and hopes to continue guiding students toward becoming independent and capable professionals.
Her message to students and peers reflects her own outlook:
“Whether it is success or failure, put in your best effort, stay positive, and move ahead.”
